Warranty Policy

All products provided by the company are warranted according to manufaturer’s standards

Product warranty is: to repair defects, technical problems that occur due to manufacturer’s fault.

WARRANTY PROVISIONS

The product is warranted free of charge if the product has a period of 12 months from the date of delivery, the warranty includes technical problems. Having a valid warranty card of the company, the warranted product must be the correct type stated on the warranty card. (Warranty card must be the original warranty card issued by TAKASI company).

CASES NOT OUT OF WARRANTY

  1. Damage caused by users, natural disasters, misuse of instructions, improper installation.
  2. The product has expired warranty or lost the warranty card or related papers (delivery note, contract).
  3. The warranty product does not match the product code indicated on the warranty card issued by the COMPANY
  4. Warranty card is torn or erased or modified.
  5. Using other devices with large capacity to damage the product or arbitrarily design and manufacture other features for the product.
  6. Arbitrarily dismantling, repairing or changing the structure of the machine by people who are not employees of TAKASI COMPANY
  7. The product is burnt or damaged due to mechanical impact, deformation, falling, breaking, impact, natural disaster, broken water pipe, fire, water source contaminated with alum, salinity…. damage the device.

POLICIES COMMITMENT TO WARRANTY, MAINTENANCE, EXCHANGE

For products sold by the COMPANY within 01 month, eligible for warranty if there are problems related to production techniques (except for cases of leakage at the connectors) ,The COMPANY will exchange immediately give you a 100% new product. For products that must be brought back to the factory for warranty, The COMPANY commits to return the warranty goods to you in the shortest time. In case that product does not continue to be produced and sold by the Company, the two parties will have an agreement to come to an agreement between the two parties.
